     You do not have to be a member of the country club to live in the Vineyards.  There are condos, villas and homes with great views.  Properties in the Vineyards range in price from the $100,000s to well over $ 3 million dollars.  Real estate is about location and the Vineyards is extremely well located.  It is just over 5 miles to the beach.  The Southwest Regional Airport is only 25 minutes from the Vineyards.  There is a shopping area near the entry with a grocery store, drug store and restaurants.  Also near the entry is The Physicians Regional Medical Center Hospital. 

        

The Vineyards has 36 holes of championship golf, surrounded by some of the finest Naples
Florida Real Estate, plus one of the largest clubhouse facilities in the area standing at
70,000 square feet.  You do not have to be a member of the club to live in the Vineyards.

If you wish to join the club, there are several types of membership available.  You may
join as a full golfing member, a sports member or a social member.  The club has many
amenities, including a resort style pool, a full tennis club with many courts, the largest
fitness center in the area, an informal lounge, a large dining area and banquet facilities.
